In fact, they don’t just matter, they are vital to your purpose here on this planet. They were given to you because you have all the talents, passion, belief, and drive to make them come true.” 

That my friend, is the message I want you to hear loud and clear. You matter. I’m going to help you become the best version of you, stop hiding and lean into the dreams you’ve been putting off. 

I’m Amy. I spent most of my life helping everyone else achieve their dreams, and watching from the sidelines. Until I realized that I was hiding. I was playing small. It was easier to focus on everyone else because I was afraid that I wasn’t enough to reach my own goals.

Now it’s my mission to help women level up and live their #capslocklife.

I’ve been married to Jake, a military pilot, for over 25 years and we have four children. I’m a successful leader in a direct sales company. We’ve homeschooled for 14 years, lived in a school bus, traveled to dozens of countries, I climbed a mountain (they’ve climbed plenty, it’s a big deal I climbed one), and I’m overcoming body shame and leaning into my dream of becoming a yogi.

I’ve been where you are and I’m so excited about going on this adventure with you.
